BALLRUN is a one-artist project by Krista Ann. If you have a question about an order, want to request a refund or a re-send, or just want to say hi about the art — write to us.

What to include in your message

• The email address you used at checkout (so we can find the order).
• The Stripe order reference if you have it — it's shown on the order-confirmed page and in your receipt email.
• A short description of what you need.

Common requests

• Didn't receive the file? Check the spam folder first, then write us — we'll resend within a few hours.
• Need it sent to a different email? No problem — write from the original address and tell us the new one.
• Refund / chargeback question? See the Refund Policy, then write us. Talking to us first is almost always faster than going through your bank.
• Press, custom commission or collab? Same address — mention "PRESS" or "COMMISSION" in the subject.

Business identity

BALLRUN is an independent digital-art shop operated by Krista Ann. Payments are processed by Stripe, who acts as the merchant of record for card transactions.
