Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 May 2026BALLRUN sells digital files (high-resolution print-ready JPGs) which are delivered to your email immediately after payment. Because the file is delivered straight away and cannot be "returned", we follow the policy below.
All sales are generally final
Once the print-ready file has been delivered to your email, the order is considered complete and is not refundable in the usual sense. By completing checkout you confirm that you understand and accept this.
When we do issue a refund
We will refund 100% of the order in any of the following situations:
- The file never arrived and we are unable to resend it within 48 hours of your request.
- The file is broken or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized charge — the payment was made without the cardholder's authorization. In this case please contact us first; we will resolve faster than a chargeback.
What we do not refund
- You changed your mind after the file was delivered.
- You ordered the wrong poster by mistake (please double-check the cart before paying).
- You don't like how the print turned out at a third-party print shop — the source file we deliver is print-ready at 300 DPI; results depend on the printer and paper.
- You shared the file and now want a refund.
How to request a refund
Send an email from the address you used at checkout to the address on our Contact page. Include your Stripe order reference (it is shown on the order-confirmed page and in the receipt email). We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — almost any issue can be solved by resending the file or issuing a refund directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us makes the process slower for everyone.
